I had my front door open but was in my kitchen ( in view of Door)

Next thing I know there are 3 Coppers in my front room.

Asked if anyone had tried to come in.

They left and I went outside. Both ends of Ulverscroft blocked off

Dozens of Police.

They asked me where Crystal Palace Rd. Was.

Someone on Whateley was pointing down Ulverscroft .

Police were asking what he looked like..

Never heard reply as Police told me to go inside as they were bringing in a Dog..

Dog stiffed out all the bins.

No idea what had happened.

Well, considering the amount of Police and use of Dogs.. Something very unpleasant must of happened.

Will you still be laughing you we find someone , perhaps a child has been hurt. ?

Oh, how disappointing , I thought the thread title was indicating a permanent bricking up of the place, and not before time, thought I.

But it seems they're allowed out again. Wouldn't happen in a proper police state but you vote for nanny, this is what'll happen.

I mean, have you ever met an Ulverscoftian? You haven't? Well done. Keep it up.

For the time being to all those 'in the know' keep an eye on them, they bear watching.

Funny how Ulverscroft seems to be the Top Spot for people to Park their cars when they venture out for

their weekly Hog Roast or Dog Roll.

Also having no side roads it is the favourite 'Drag Strip' 24/7.

Perhaps we SHOULD close both ends to non residents.

    • could be related to the three arrests yesterday.   Without knowing, it is just speculation   "All three men were arrested on suspicion of assisting a foreign intelligence service, contrary to section 3 of the National Security Act (NSA), 2023 and they were taken to a police station in London." • My apologies. The timing of your original post suggested it was after 6pm, which would fit with them herding away supporters onto the train at London Bridge and trying to get to Selhurst station to escort them to the ground.
    • They wouldn't have needed to go through Underhill on sirens and lights at four in the afternoon for a seven forty five kick-off in a 5 van convoy. With a sixth van following about 5 minutes later again on siren and lights.
    • Which means its limited to a small cohort.
