Does anyone know what went on with the guy shouting & banging on the street? Looked like police attended, but can still hear banging?

The banging you can hear is from inside the police van!

Ah. I couldn't see the end result from my place. Glad they picked him up.

We called the police and they picked him up. Besides the fact he was wearing only his underwear, he was climbing on cars and started to smack them with objects. He was obviously injured from punching lamp posts etc and was really rather scary with his screaming. This morning I had a quick look at the cars he was on top of and hitting and the marks seem superficial but if there's been any damage would suggest contacting the police. We gave our contact details to them should you need witnesses etc
