If practising Pilates is a goal for you this year, and you are starting from scratch, then this 2 hour workshop with Lizzy will give you a solid foundation in the principles of Pilates. It is also the perfect springboard to either join our 6 week Beginners Plus Course starting on the 5th January or any of our classes during the week. . During the workshop we will focus about breath patterns, correct alignment and how to build core strength, joint mobility and improved posture. All equipment provided. All abilities welcome.   Absolutely gutted to hear that Dell Autos in Hansler Road is closing tomorrow. They have MOTed my ancient 1998 Micra for years, and have always been brilliant. Wishing them all the best of luck in their retirement. Wishing all their customers (including me) luck in finding another garage as honest, helpful, efficient and friendly as they were.
