If practising Pilates is a goal for you this year, and you are starting from scratch, then this 2 hour workshop with Lizzy will give you a solid foundation in the principles of Pilates. It is also the perfect springboard to either join our 6 week Beginners Plus Course starting on the 5th January or any of our classes during the week. . During the workshop we will focus about breath patterns, correct alignment and how to build core strength, joint mobility and improved posture. All equipment provided. All abilities welcome.   I thought the most they sell in terms of hot food at londis is like pastries and sausage rolls and for hot drinks its like costa coffee but its always a convenience store. Doesn’t look too bad in my opinion considering that shop has been closed down ever since i moved here

  Hi Busterb, Yesterday I turned up with a scanner & towels, hoping to take a deceased tabby down to TNV. The body was moved moments before arrival & had not been turned in to any vets, rescues or animal hospitals. I am wondering if this could have been the same cat & if someone just tried to move the tabby further away from the road.   Wholeheartedly recommend Aria. He was polite, responsive and sorted our leak, from an old tap on an old plumbing system, with no bother and on same day.
