Ganipati to open takeaway in Maxted road

I was in Ganipati recently and the lovely lady serving us our food told us that they would be opeing a takeaway branch in the old Caribbean takeaway shop in Maxted Road. Still no signs of progress in the shop yet.

Great news i thought.

This is amazing!!!!!! I live on Maxted and love Ganapatti! They do do takeaways already but only when they're not busy so not that often so opening a takeaway is genius! I'm sure they'll be raking it in!!!

When it does open could someone please ask them how far they will deliver to. I'm the Forest Hill end of Sydenham, and would love to be able to order from this when it's open.

Does a takeaway necessarily deliver?

AM many takeaways deliver ie. Two Sisters Tandoori, Dominos. It's sort of needed as part of the service, else you have bad days when it rains (which in UK is not infrequent).

Deliveries for us are all about parking i.e. once we get a parking space outside our house for the eve then we are not budging the car to go and collect a far flung takeaway. Unless it is that Thai place on Lordship because they don't deliver and so I have to weigh up the value of my parking space re their lovely beef salad ...
