No.

But I'd question your assumption. A person willing to deprive an estate agent of a livelihood is likely to be hoping to economise in other ways. It's less common now, for obvious reasons, for people to buy hovels to 'do up' with a bit of purple paint and a job lot of iffy laminate. But I've gathered, from previous threads, that Woodrot Acres is largely a collection of outhouses infested with felines; a larchlap Gormenghast from which, on a breezy night, a thin chorus of unconventional entertainment, and the pulsing sussuration of suspicious goings-on, could be heard by the neighbourhood watch if they weren't all asleep already.

So, what with one thing and another, I suspect you've been favoured not because anyone thinks it's nice, but because they think it might be affordable. There are other possibilities. Perhaps a previous owner wishes to retrieve what's under the patio. Perhaps the Cats Protection League have had a whip-round. I don't know. But your conscience might.

    • Why not get a real poodle.  They can be clipped to look like a cockapoo if you like.  They don’t need to be in a show clip.  They don’t shed.    Both breeds would need regular grooming.  I have/had friends with very charming poodles both medium and standard so see if you can make the acquaintance of some.
    • How did you manage to outwit your resident fox?
    • They're both names that have stuck in my mind, Lukasz particularly.  These searches may well be helpful to you.   From a cursory look, I think Pawel's appearance in the 2015 'Rogue trader warning'  isn't to his detriment. https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/search/?q= Lukasz&quick=1 https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/search/?q=Pawel&quick=1
    • Hi - I posted a request for some help with a stuck door and possible leaky roof. I had responses from Lukasz at Look_as.com and Pawel at Sublime Builders. I don't see any/many reviews - has anyone used either person?  Could use a recommendation rather then just being contact by the tradespeople... Many Thanks
