Room hire for party

Hi! I am looking for a place to have my 30th birthday party. I'm really not keen on a hall because I think it will only be about 30 people. I was thinking a bar or something like that but the problem is that I have 2 cousins who are 13 and 15 and I really want them to be able to come so I guess that rules out hiring space in a bar. The party is in October so I'm running out of time! Any ideas greatly appreciated :)

There's a really nice function room upstairs @ The old Nun's Head in Nunhead, unsure if the upstairs of the EDT is available/would be ok with under 18yr olds.

Clockhouse pub Barry road has a function room upstairs beUtiful view looking over the Rye and children are allowed.

Check the Rose on Forest Hill Road - they've got a really nice garden bar and kids are allowed
