ED - NAGAIUTB
Abmvt.co.uk has classes in Tooting and Soho. Ving Tsun relies less on strength and more on technique so is very useful for someone of a smaller build. Very friendly bunch, too! Last I heard, you can show up for a taster lesson for free but I'd confirm that first with them. KidKruger
sillywoman - I hear ya, but if you're set on getting the best, it's unfortunately not always available in your 'hood. If you're a woman, might as well be taught by a woman who's trained (and highest in her field) for 35yrs.GoJu is a hard/soft style, some of what ED-NAGAIUTB refers to, but also some solid moves too.
