Ving Tsun relies less on strength and more on technique so is very useful for someone of a smaller build. Very friendly bunch, too! Last I heard, you can show up for a taster lesson for free but I'd confirm that first with them.

sillywoman - I hear ya, but if you're set on getting the best, it's unfortunately not always available in your 'hood.


If you're a woman, might as well be taught by a woman who's trained (and highest in her field) for 35yrs.


GoJu is a hard/soft style, some of what ED-NAGAIUTB refers to, but also some solid moves too.
