They're recommended a lot on here, which is how we found them. We were really pleased with the super efficient service they provided and the mortgage product they arranged for us.

With the exception of the guy based at Peddar - are any of these other guys relatively local?

Also do you recall on what basis they charge? ie. do they charge a flat fee for advice or do they just collect their fee from the product provider?

I wouldn't recommend Lawrence at Pedder/Elysian, I'm afraid. Not great at communication.

We use a fabulous guy calle Ashley Bradshaw, but he's based in Earlsfield...
