Love it when fans of other clubs accuse Arsenal fans of "crowing", especially if they support a club that haven't won the title in many decades.

I wonder of SAF was in agreement with the decision to sack Moyes or if he continued to support him - and also if SAF's opinion will have much weight for the next appointment.

It will be more of a group decision making process this time I imagine.

Oh dear, you need to take your medicine and go for a lie down in a darkened room, you're obviously unwell, bless.

I remember being at this game - standing in the North Bank - it was the beginning of a tide of change towards MU in English football. 4 years after his appointment.

"This was the night on which Ferguson finally located United's G-spot, when he swapped Sextonian football with sexy football to quite devastating effect. Arsenal were an outrageously good side, who would lose only once in winning the league and concede only 18 goals in 38 league games, but Ferguson dropped his captain Neil Webb, went with a 4-2-4 formation and watched United tear Arsenal asunder on the counter-attack.

Lee Sharpe, 19, grabbed the glory with a marvellously accomplished hat-trick - strangely, none of them came with his left foot - but the real facilitator was Danny Wallace. Asked to play centre-forward in what is probably the biggest tactical masterstroke of Ferguson's career, he was as elusive as an urchin pickpocket and gave Tony Adams and Steve Bould an almighty chasing. Wallace made four, scored one and - truthfully - played like Romario. For him, alas, it was a false dawn. For United and Ferguson, it was the start of a decade of the richest entertainment."

As delayed ripostes go this takes some beating. Give me a month or so and I shall come back with "Your mum."

Very imaginative, take a gold star and go back to your padded room before you hurt yourself.

Brilliant.

His form normally reflects where he is in his contract no?

They've got no chance so this little baby will run a while longer.

    • For these places to be good they have to be mega efficient: high volume high speed like the one in Camberwell next to Stormbird.  If you can't hit that sort of tipping point you end up having to cut corners and you enter a sort of death spiral.  The one at the south end of Lordship Lane near Joseph's is fairly hopeless.
    • It's my understanding that estate agents are obliged to put forward any offer to the seller made to them by the buyer. The decision to accept us up to the seller.  If you're in a chain and someone in the chain has the brass neck to threaten to pull out at the last minute unless you take their lower offer, you're in a very tricky position and the gazunderer knows that.  It's a really nasty thing to do but a crappy person will do it to save money.  That's why if you can be at the top of a chain by going into rented or some other temporary solution you're in a much stronger position to tell the gazunderer to take a running jump which is very satisfying.
    • Isn't it because any bladed item now needs to sold with a new set of legal conditions (age verification etc) which this forum doesn't have? Even if there's a tool to remove stones from a horses hoof, and a tiny pair of tweezers its still got a blade.
    • Yes, if you think they have been complicit in this. When you say you "had to" accept the lower price from your buyer, was that because of the timing of your purchase?
