Obi is amazing, I started training with him a few months after having my son, I had to stop in the end though as I couldn't afford to go twice a week! He's really supportive and about on the phone too if you need some support. He used to do spin classes at Dulwich hamlet too on Tuesday and Wednesday

Hi Tink123,

I can personally recommend AJ from balance for life. I am very overweight and since January this year, I have lost 4 stone through her commitment and advice to me. She is not military in anyway but cleverly knows how to push you in the right direction. I can be quite stubborn too and she knows how to play this to my advantage.

She is reliable, honest, realistic about your goals and I genuinely feel like I have someone in my corner all the time helping me to get to my goals. I have had slip ups and bad days but her support and encouragement helps me get back on track.

I can not recommend AJ highly enough.

Hi,

try krystle!

sounds like she is exactly what you want!

She will get you the results you want as long as you put the work in of course.

Her website is here:

Her mobile number is :

+44 7860 615468

I think she is doing a special promotion at the moment so if you give her a call soon you might get a good deal.

She is a body fitness medal winner.

But just give her a call she will be able to tell you a lot more than I can! Lol

Hi, my name is Jennifer Mbazira. I am a personal trainer and fitness expert with over 20 years of training. I specialise in fitness, weight loss, core strength and conditioning, postural correction and nutrition. My workouts are creative, fun but challenging. I have a great understanding of biomechanics and will train you to sculpt and positively energise you. I have a great track record. I normally train myself in Dulwich park by Rosebury Gate.

I live East Dulwich but I'm also based in the City.

My first training session is free. This is a chat to find out more about your goals and a training session so you can assess my training methods.

I have just uploaded my Dulwich website. Maybe still a little shaky but I'm still working on it.

Hi

Would like to highly recommend Darren Grey for any PT needs. I had 3 sessions bought for me at Christmas and enjoyed them so much I bought a further 5. Darren listened to exactly what I was looking for and the sessions were always the correct mix of hard, fun and rewarding. Darren has a great studio in East Dulwich and we also got out and used the Rye to mix it up. Great bloke and great service

Darren is at www.fitfunactive.co.uk/darren-gray/

Enjoy!

James Eppy @ Push Studios is the best personal trainer I'm highly biased he's my other half but he's absolutely brilliant and has a fully equipped personal training space off lordship lane that is really enjoyable to be in x if interested call 078999 24790

    • CPR Dave, attendance records are available on Southwark's website. Maggie Browning has attended 100% of meetings. Jon Hartley has attended 65%.
    • I do hope NOT, wouldn't trust Farage as far as I could throw him, Starmer & co.  He's backed by GB News which focus's predominantly on immigration while the BBC focus predominantly on the Israel - Gazza conflict.
    • Everyone gets the point that Corbynites try to make with the "total number of votes cast" statistic, it's just a specious one.  In 2017, Corbyn's Labour got fewer votes than May's Tories (both the percentage of votes and aggregate number of votes). In 2019, Corbyn's Labour fewer votes than Johnson's Tories (both the percentage of votes and aggregate number of votes); and he managed to drop 2.7 million votes or 6.9% of vote share between the two elections. I repeat, he got trounced by Boris F***ing Johnson and the Tories after the Brexit omnishambles. It is not true that a "fairer" electoral system would have seen Labour beat the Tories: Labour simply got fewer votes than the Tories. Corbyn lost twice. There is no metric by which he won the general election. His failure to win was a disaster for the UK, and let Johnson and Truss and Sunak into office. Corbynites have to let go of this delusion that Corbyn but really won somehow if you squint in a certain way. It is completely irrelevant that Labour under Corbyn got more votes than Labour under Starmer. It is like saying Hull City was more successful in its 2014 FA Cup Final than Chelsea was in its 2018 FA Cup Final, because Hull scored 2 goals when Chelsea only scored 1. But guess what - Chelsea won its game and Hull City lost. Corbyn's fans turned out to vote for him - but an even larger group of people who found him repellant were motivated enough to show up and vote Tory.
    • I guess its the thing these days to demonstrate an attitude, in this instance seemingly of the negative kind, instead of taking pride in your work and have standards then 🤷‍♀️
