I know a lot of Forest Hill folk exasperated with the "conservative" moderation on SE23.com have abandoned it and use the ED forum. A new Forest Hill forum now exists that will hopefully run along the more enlightened lines that has contributed to the popularity of this one.

Was going to say thank fick for that, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Is this (EDF) a commercial forum and similarly what about the new Forest Hill site?

SE23.com is a personal fiefdom. I wonder how many have defected over the hill to post on this site.

Mind you, porn (on the new site) is a USP

    • out of interest, any ballpark figure on how many reactions you have done today? Seems like a software blip rather than a likely restriction (didn't someone else start a thread recently along same lines?)
    • Did you query the tissues and sand?
    • I just tried to "like" a post and I got a message saying I could not add any more reactions today. Is this a new rule, or have I just been more restrained in the past?!  No idea why that last bit is underlined . ..
    • I have swum in it several times since it's reopened.  No problems.  The sand stuff is a bit off-putting but like all pools they'll have to test and log the water quality regularly so I think it's unlikely to be a health issue.  The water is clearer than a pool I use regularly near my work - also with no issues.
