Mothers inc on forest hill road is fab, they have on site childcare too if you need it.

There is a really nice place in Forest Hill called the Hue (St David's Road). Another recommendation for Mother's Inc - they do very sweet "pamper parties" for little girls (nail painting and general princess treatment).
