Looking for a reasonable priced garden designer

Hi,

We have a small patio garden which we would like transformed into a modern urban garden. We want a contemporary feel. I need a garden designer who can implement the plans. We have a limited budget and the quotes I have had so far have been quite high. If anyone has any recommendations on someone who can deliver the above at a reasonable price please let me know.
