Cost of roof replacement

Hi - could anyone who has had a roof replaced recently be able to give me a rough idea of cost - standard 2 bed Victorian terrace, including new lead flashings.

Noticed many recommendations for Russell perring. Are there any other good roofing recommendations?

Can't tell you latest costs but would def give another thumbs up to Russell and his team.

We had ours done in 2010 - cost ?10K from memory. We've got a 1920's 3-bed. Power Roofing - they were excellent.

Had a chap from RJP Roofing who seemed to know his stuff (Russell) - give me a ballpark figure last month of ?10k for an everything done job for a 3 bed semi.

just slates. slates and felt. slates and felt and batons. leadwork included. what about coping tiles and cement work ? any new timber required ?

'roof replacement' can translate to a many things, some of which may not be necessary.

For clarity mine was felt, slate and slats, plus lead and coping!

This is for new felt, batons, slate, lead work and pointing
