I know you say other than soap and water, but I would use the lather from a ph neutral, moisturising soap like Dove. Just the lather not the soap, then wipe, then dry with a soft cloth.


My mother uses part water/part white/light vinegar which certainly gets leather clean but I'm not sure it's that great for the leather - maybe if you only need to do it once it would be ok?

You only need one thing...a magic eraser sponge [supermarkets/amazon/lakeland, etc].


They will change your life! Removes just about anything from anything.


I cleaned my white leather bag with one but also have some white vintage plastic chairs and they now look like new.


Grimey paintwork, rubber edges of trainers, woodwork, floor tiles, you name it.


Totally addicted!

For clarity, the document shows that he receives the standard basic allowance all councillors get and a Senior Responsibility Allowance commensurate with the post he held. He claims no other allowance or any expenses as far as I can see... which makes me wonder what your point might be?
