Jah Lush
I've not noticed any difference either apart from having a better phone because my old one had died. I still have a crap reception at home. Otta
Have you downloaded anything reasonably big? I guess that's where the difference would be if there is any at all.Different thing I know, but when I had superfast broadband I noticed little or no difference with general Internet use, but downloading was way way faster. Don't really download anything on my phone though so won't bother. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/45969-4g/#findComment-759297 Share on other sites
Jah Lush
I uploaded thousands of music tracks onto my phone from my computer and then I had no room for anything else on the phone so I get to get rid of most of it. Works a treat now though. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/45969-4g/#findComment-759307 Share on other sites
ratty
I usually get 30mbps download on 4g with ee and find the connection more reliable. Not really tried it in ed though. Works well in Catford! edcam
Makes no difference at all. And when it drops down to 3G, which it does often, it is far worse than my old phone with 3G. KidKruger
so does having loads of music on your phone slow down your internet access ?I thought 'data' (ie. music) storage space was separate from the IAS/working store used by the processor for internet access.I've @9000 songs on my phone and internet can be slow but not sure if that's just cos it's a shite connection. Jah Lush
I'm not sure. The thing was that I had no room for anything else so had to drastically reduce the amount of songs from the phone. edcam
That's nothing to do with 4G though, that's a storage issue. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/45969-4g/#findComment-759680 Share on other sites
