New Cinema opening. (in Forest Hill)

So its finally official The Capitol in forest hill closes in the next 3 to 5 weeks, reverting to a cinema.

I remember when it was a cinema. Saw plenty of good films there when I was youngster.

If it is true, it might be a bad thing. Is there enough trade in the area to keep 2 smaller cinemas going?

According to the Se23 forum it appears it is closing, but staff who work there seem unaware, there doesn't seem any evidence of a cinema opening there though (planning etc) but would be great for the area if true
