riz
We are thinking of using one of these companies to convert our loft on Landells Road. Any feedback about either company would be appreciated. DirtyBox
I am currently on week 3 of an 8 week build with Taylored Lofts, there are doing a good job so far and I'm very happy. Their guys work long hours (8am-7pm) and sometimes weekends (we had the stairs put in last Saturday). We went for them because the boss James comes across as a nice honest guy and their quote included quite a lot of stuff that other companies say is extra (French doors, tiling, fire doors, etc). Just fitting, or also supply? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/46360-taylored-lofts-and-new-zealand-lofts/#findComment-761441 Share on other sites
DirtyBox
They include fire doors for whole house (Howdens Joinery ones) supplied and fitted, we supply handles, but you can choose others and pay the difference if you want. We also wanted larger Velux windows and unlike other companies they are only charging us the difference in the price of the windows. They are including 7sqm of tiling, any more than that is extra so depends on bathroom size. Rhinestone Cowboy
Hellowe used NZ lofts and very happy with them.Mike and his team were very clean and on timeThey tend to build the shell and then let you decide how you want the inside to lookWe found a few companies just have standard loft and will stick with that.More than happy for you to look over ours.
