One of Dulwichmum's strengths was her ability to add just enough of herself in, whether voicing real concerns or satirising the chintzier aspects of gentrification, to lend it a bit of authenticity.

Of course one of her weaknesses was her occassional struggle in knowing where that line should be, but at least there was a line.

This is just cheap tat, an iceland frozen burger dressed up as a ?6-12 hach?.

"When will this damn sport ever end on TV sweeties? I am bored with making the poppets practice harpsichord and viola on a loop. What is there to do around here?"

Louisa darling, I may have to download an audiobook on Mindfulness or a meditation chant, seek counselling or order illegal Zanax online. I swear, I think it was watching John Jazz Hands Barrowman in the opening ceremony that pushed me over the edge.

If I have to endure much more of this you will find me blow drying my own hair or doing my own damp dusting. I am seeing Tunnock's tea cakes in my damn sleep! (Blubs)

What is a cameo sweetie? Is that an explanation for the abomination that is Bradley Wiggins in Lycra? I swear that man has trapped a cockapoo pup in the front if his shorts and he is just laughing at the world as we are all to afraid to mention the fact that he is clearly deformed... • Electrical work can be dangerous, and hiring an unqualified individual can put you and your family at risk. and negate your insurance. A qualified electrician has the training and experience to safely handle any electrical issues, reducing the likelihood of accidents or injuries. With the exception of simple tasks, it is illegal for anyone other than a licensed electrician to perform electrical work. Hiring a qualified electrician ensures that the work is done in compliance with local laws and building codes. Some electricians are being recommended on EDF but here is no indication that they registered with NICEIC or NAPIT.  One is well advised to steer clear of Check-a-Trade which is a marketing service funded by subscription.
    • Didn’t they have a very ‘unusual’ way of allocating council housing which was also criticised in that report and which hopefully has now been changed
