Does anyone know what the powerful searchlight is for, shining up into the clouds tonight at 11 pm? It seems to be towards Dulwich village and is not moving. Can it be to guide extra terrestrials? I think we should be told.

I went to the source last night to see it, at Victoria Park Gardens. I recommend it, is a sound installation as well and quite beautiful. On for the next five nights now, I think. http://www.artangel.org.uk/projects/2014/spectra
