Where can i find a good Steak ?

Can anyone recommend a restaurant to get a good steak in Dulwich or Crystal Palace area?

The Palmerston. Never eaten steak anywhere else locally but wouldn't want to after having it here.

cooked to perfection in a way I could never manage at home.

Joanna's in Crystal Palace is our local 'evening/weekends out' restaurant and always has a good steak on the menu.

The owner of Flock and Herd in Bellenden Road used to manage a Ginger Pig so try them for a steak to cook at home.

Chapters in Blackheath is also good for steak. They have USDA as well as grass fed British steak. All cooked in a josper grill.

I can say nothing further - 'the fox' and I have gagged with regards to all talk of steaks and prices thereof.

We may have to stage a sit-in - Hong Kong style - down at Londis.

Manuels (was Luigis) Gipsy Hill is fabulous. My husband had a steak there on Sunday that melted in your mouth!

I had the steak at Pretty's Dulwich on Northcross Road a few evenings ago and I have to say that it was absolutely lovely!! With a glass of fizz and the equally yummy tortilla - I was very very happy. Highly recommended......(mind you, every time we have been there we have had a great meal, so I would say go and give it a try if you haven't already!)
