Kitchen worktop fitter NEEDED

I'm doing up our small kitchen on a very tight budget. I would like to buy a length of kitchen worktop and have someone refit it including the sink and hob. I don't know how to find someone to do this or fit An ikea type kitchen. Any recommendations? Kitchen fitters perhaps? Thanks
