What is going on in Peckham??

Lyndhurst way closed off with shelter set up and lots of police and ambulances around.

I asked at the market and apparently a pub has burnt down - I presume on Peckham High Street as a lot of that is closed.

Must have been a big fire! Peckham High Street is still closed and there's a Red Cross support centre set up in the Pulse.

There's a pub around the end of Lyndhurst/Talfourd Roads that has burnt down a few times before, maybe it's the same one again. Hope no one's badly hurt.

I think I know which one you mean, its next to that giant council block and some kind of youth rehabilitation centre - I almost bought a house that was on the corner facing all this but was put off by hooded youths cycling around in circles and laying bricks in middle of road at night... dare I say it but I don't think the fire was caused by a rogue electrical spark!
