United fans will remember when Paddy Power paid out on them winning the title and Arsenal won their last 10 or so games to take the title, so who knows. I have a bet on United so I'm supporting them this season, but I think you have to hand it to Liverpool for making a title race out of it today. Liverpool need consistency from here on. And who knows, Robbie Keane may still have a say in this title race.

Have you got a little poem about Hillsborough for the Liverpool fans on here? Maybe you could take the piss out of some Bradford fans while you are at it you sad little man.

SP - I also saw and responded to MikeCG's post about the Munich Air Disaster and the death of Duncan Edwards.


It was disgusting and although Admin deleted it I think it should perhaps have stayed - I think if you make a provocative post like that, you should get to hear what others think about it and learn the consequences of such a statement. I'm not sure may people would correspond with him had they seen the post you are refering to.

If you wanna stand on a soap box that's your problem you shallow imbecile. The reason for my Pm is because I would rather speak to the person that has a problem with me direct rather than involve all and sundry, but as you have had a humour bypass I will speak to you here. Shame really you took it so personally but then again you do support United.

There a too many richeous holier than thou never-wases on this forum so Furkin what I hate ManU and a lot of other people I know do as well, so to me it was a fair enough comment, If I get banned for it then so be it. There's too much straightness if you ask me, Clique Clique Clique. I hope I don't because to my mind it is not justified, but then again this place is sooooo full if hypocrisy I wouldn't be surprised.


you either hate a team like United or you don't.

Anna - that is fantastic - anyone who has not watched this should watch it NOW NOW NOW. The Liverpool fan is so funny even the MU fan is laughing at him in the end. Especially after the second Liverpool goal when the LP fan accuses the MU fan of stealing his scouse tache - excellent. >:D<

I didn't see the post, but I can probably guess what it was about. :(


It really saddens me when I hear these songs at/around football matches. I will never condone that behaviour and will walk away from it if I hear it. Whether it's the away fans hissing at the Spurs lot, songs about Munich, Hillsborough or Heysel it shouldn't be tolerated and is not what our game is about.


You'd be daft if you wore colours walking in to Old Trafford, so when on the way to the match it's not obvious who you support. It drove me mad to be surrounded by people, some with young children, chanting murderers and the 3 times song. I'm not saying our lot are innocent either, but it is extremely unpleasant.


We have two main rules for football songs. Don't sing about a team you're not playing and NEVER sing about things such as those listed above.


By all means have a bit of banter, but don't stoop to the gutter.

      A solicitor is acting as the executor for our late Aunt's will.  He only communicates by letter which is greatly lengthening the process.  The vast majority of legal people deal by modern means - the Electronic Communications Act that allows for much, if not all of these means is now 25 years old.   Any views and advice out there? In fuller detail: The value of the estate is not high.  There are a number of beneficiaries including one in the US.  It has taken almost three years and there is no end in sight.  The estate (house) is now damp, mouldy and wall paper falling off the wall. The solicitor is hostile, has threatened beneficiaries the police (which would just waste the police's time), and will not engage constructively. He only communicates by letter.  These are poorly written, curt or even hostile, in a language from the middle of last century, he clearly is typing these himself probably on a type writer.  Of course with every letter he makes more money. We've taken the first steps to complain either through the ombudsman and/or the SRA.  We have taken legal advice a couple of times, which of course isn't cheap, and were told that his behaviour is shocking and we'd be in our right to have him removed through the courts. But.... we just want him to get on with executing the will, primarily selling the house. However he refuses to use any other form of communication but letter.  So writing to the beneficiary in the 'States can take a month to get a reply. And even in this country a week or more. Having worked with lawyers in the past I am aware that email, tele and video conferencing and even text and WhatApp are appropriate means for communication.  There could be an immediate response to his questions.   Help!

      Labour should be applauded for bringing in the Renter's Rights Act.  But so many of you are carried away with slagging them off. Married couples with busy lives sometimes forget who did what. On this occasion Mr Rachel Reeves was sorting out the rental agreement.  Ms Reeves was a bit flumoxed with all the grief/demonsing/witch hunts she is getting so forgot to check with her other half.   Not the first or last time this will happen with couples. (That's not having a go at the post above)
