Hi

I just wondered if anyone could recommend a humidifier for a baby's room. My little boy has an awful cough, so bad at night it is keeping him awake all night when he is so tired and wants to sleep. 😰

Been to doctor who says is just viral and nothing I can do.

I think one of these night help?

Thanks

I bought one of these when my son was little.Definitely on my top ten of must have baby products. Whenever LO had a cold I put this in his room when he slept and definitely seemed to help his breathing and as a consequent he would sleep a lot better. I still use it now and he's 3.

We have this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Honeywell-HH950E1-Warm-Steam-Humidifier/dp/B004E9SMC6/ref=sr_1_2?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1416170916&sr=1-2&keywords=humidifier+steam I read somewhere that the cool air ones can get germy if you don't clean them religiously. It's overpriced for what it is - basically a big ugly kettle - BUT it really helps with those horrible nightime coughs that go on and on. It's the only thing I've ever found that makes a difference.

For an emergency you can just boil a full kettle a few times in his room - if it's a small room that might be enough to help.
