Be careful if you are walking/driving today. Serious amount of black ice, even on busy roads like East Dulwich Road - I almost went Arsenal over Tottenham while crossing it and I saw a prang outside the petrol station.

Go slow - allow lots of time for stopping.

Don't recommend anyone takes a bicycle out today.

Be safe!

I have stupidly/bravely/ignorantly (dependant on perspective) cycled in today for the second day -- was fairly easy yesterday but the ice did concern me a bit today. Exercised excessive caution and, although I probably look like a large boobie, a) got into work for free, b)without having to squash onto a bus and c) the chilly, hair-raising dodging between vehicles certainly woke me up ready to engage brain for the day.... mind you, not looking forward to tonight; if you're a motorist, 2, 3 or 4 wheels, please look out for us cycing fools this evening!! x

    • Another recommendation for Niko. Great communication, top guy, and super reliable and skilled - all at a fair price. Takes a lot of care in what he does and talks you through everything.
    • Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
