Does anyone know who the developer is? I'm bored at work and wanted to have a nosey at it as the illustrations on the boards out the front look interesting. If anyone is nearby, perhaps you could get the website address for me... I've been googling to no avail and am now on a mission!

Oh yeah, you are right! I saw the first photo and thought it was the block that has already been built but a few pages on and the new development is illustrated! thanks.

A few points on this one:

- The flats aren't even close to in keeping with the rest of the street.

- The "mews" house is stuck on the side to get a few extra quid. And is massively overlooked by the six flats.

- Having dealt with this guy before, he massively pushes the envelope with planning and the end finish is not as the hoardings would have it.

- Nobody who buys these will be parking am Aston Martin Vanquish outside....except perhaps the guy who owns MYN Properties.

- It's on a main road. And will be overpriced.

That would be a real shame, I really appreciate his (?) garden every time I walk past.

Yes that would be a shame, - I love his garden too, colourful, traditional & full of bloom which no doubt attracts birds, bees and other insects.

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!
    • Hi  I really thought I'd seen a more recent post on the forum about home education meet ups. I can't find it though. • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
