damzel
Does anyone know who the developer is? I'm bored at work and wanted to have a nosey at it as the illustrations on the boards out the front look interesting. If anyone is nearby, perhaps you could get the website address for me... I've been googling to no avail and am now on a mission! Laur
I much prefer the old Victorian house that used to be there but here you go anyway: http://planningonline.southwark.gov.uk/DocsOnline/Documents/255366_1.pdf Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/52674-new-development-ll-just-south-of-townley-road/#findComment-808646 Share on other sites
damzel
Thanks for that but it's not the one I meant. It's on the other side of the road, near the prefabs I think. Townley Road side Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/52674-new-development-ll-just-south-of-townley-road/#findComment-808648 Share on other sites

damzel
No I couldnt find it either. That's not the one though as that one is already built. Maybe I have the location slightly wrong. Massive hoardings outside with big images on. Jennys
I think you want the building site where prefabs used to be. Only one remains now. Are you sure it isn't the planning application posted by Laur? damzel
Oh yeah, you are right! I saw the first photo and thought it was the block that has already been built but a few pages on and the new development is illustrated! thanks.http://planningonline.southwark.gov.uk/DocsOnline/Documents/302047_1.pdf Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/52674-new-development-ll-just-south-of-townley-road/#findComment-808665 Share on other sites

MrBen
A few points on this one:- The flats aren't even close to in keeping with the rest of the street.- The "mews" house is stuck on the side to get a few extra quid. And is massively overlooked by the six flats.- Having dealt with this guy before, he massively pushes the envelope with planning and the end finish is not as the hoardings would have it. - Nobody who buys these will be parking am Aston Martin Vanquish outside....except perhaps the guy who owns MYN Properties.- It's on a main road. And will be overpriced. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/52674-new-development-ll-just-south-of-townley-road/#findComment-808751 Share on other sites
grace3
Southwark must have sold this land to the'developer'. The guy who has the nice flower garden in the one prefab left must be under pressure to quit.
