Which Terry Wogan had the good manners to play while I was enjoying my breakfast in Rock Steady Eddies at Camberwell this morning.

But it's not that one JB.

Ah yes but rather than being a peculiarly catholic tradition, Shrove Tuesday and eating pancakes is actually a British Isles tradition. A lot of the Catholic world tends to celebrate it as Mardi Gras which involves heavy drinking and taking our clothes off. This may or may not have something to do with the Pope tossing his pancakes. Anyway I knew what you meant I was just being silly. Is it Mott the Hoople?

No you're not, JB I won't allow it. I can't.

I insist you identify the song that commences with the word 'Honaloochie' and the second word in the title begins with the letter 'B' and comprises six letters.

And it's by a group whose name is an anagram of Moth Poet Hotel.

(I wish I could claim credit for that, but it's actually a highly sought-after cover version LP of said group)

Now the clues are all there, just say what you see.

Well done JL. I reckon the others knew too but were just indulging in teasage.

So over to your good self for the next set of lyrics.

Could I put in a preemptive bid for the group being The Faces?

I mean you never know.

I sort of know this - it's from The New York Album. I bought this CD in New York when it first came out and I listened to it non-stop. Couldn't tell you the track without getting up and going downstairs and, to be honest, I just haven't got it in me right now to do that - I'm tucked up in bed (I lead a quiet life don't ya know). Anyway, it's Lou Reed, New York album.
