Robert Poste's Child
The most recent thread on this was the 'one-heeled lady hobbling down Lordship Lane' one which I think is in the main ED section. Mick Mac
Any reason why you say apart from Merryfields? He's almost certainly the most skilled cobbler locally. PeckhamRose
There's a great cobbler on Gipsy Road, at the bottom of Gipsy Hill along the small row of shops by that big black pub. Been going there for my motorcycle boots annual re-soling but also other shoes and boots. He's excellent. Once his glue let him down so obviously he re-glued for free. mancity68
In central London there is a good cobbler on Sicilian Avenue, and another on Goodge St. The latter is particularly good.
