Anyone know of a decent cobblers?

Posted this in the ED Businesses section, but had no joy so I thought I'd try the Lounge.

Apart from Merryfields, does anyone know of a highly skilled cobblers that might be able to repair the inside of a pair of ladies boots? Doesn't have to be on ED, happy to travel within London.

Any reason why you say apart from Merryfields? He's almost certainly the most skilled cobbler locally.

There's a great cobbler on Gipsy Road, at the bottom of Gipsy Hill along the small row of shops by that big black pub. Been going there for my motorcycle boots annual re-soling but also other shoes and boots. He's excellent. Once his glue let him down so obviously he re-glued for free.

Great cobblers next to Crofton Park train station. Been going there for years. They are also a locksmiths.

In central London there is a good cobbler on Sicilian Avenue, and another on Goodge St. The latter is particularly good.

Just got my boots re heeled at the cobblers and dry cleaners in Camberwell just by the main traffic lights on yr left just past Co-op store

First rate and not to costly
