Dormer addition and small ensuite to existing loft conversion

Hi,

Considering squaring off a pre existing loft conversion. Anyone know any builders to recommend? House is terraced so the dormer would be full width- I guess 5m or so. Anyone any idea of rough cost? Might try and fit in a small ensuite too.

The dormer is probably the biggest part of the job, so doubt you'll save that much over a full conversion. Also depends whether you already have sufficient structural steels across the width of the house.

I'm looking at doing the same for my current loft conversion and have been told they basically have to start from scratch and it will cost around 30-32k. This was from just talking to them but not having anyone come look at it as yet.
