Water problems

Is anyone else having problems with their water supply? Our water is coming out of the taps with lots of air, making a banging noise as it comes out. Also, the water is very cloudy - it settles after a while but it takes a couple of minutes. Don't know if it is just our water that is a problem or if there is a wider problem in the area, hence this post.

The water was shut off in Silvester Road yesterday for part of the afternoon whilst Thames Water fixed what looked like a leak. When it came back on late afternoon it was very spluttery for a while. So if you are in that area that might be the cause.

Ah - that makes sense. We are near there. A bit less spluttery this morning. Thanks for the info.

Also having water problems. There was a leak on Arnould Avenue and another up by Dog Kennel Hill. Just a bad time for pipes freezing then splitting. We've had cloudy water and low pressure for about 2 months now..
