Katiesa
Hi, I was hoping someone might be able to advise/recommend. We have three Velux windows in our new loft that need blinds but the ones to fit them on the Velux website are nearly ?100 each. They would be simple roller blinds made of blackout material so silver lining on one side and coloured fabric on other and obviously will fit straight on, but I just think they are so expensive for what they are. Has anyone else got around the expense and got someone to make them blinds that will fit or does anyone know of a cheaper alternative? Any help appreciated. davidq100
Can't speak for alternatives but it's worth taking a look at Screwfix for the prices of the Velux-branded ones. We bought some blinds recently and they were much cheaper there than Velux's own online store. Free delivery within a couple of days too. Mutrik
Depending on your size of window, Bloc blinds may be cheaper. John Lewis sell them or they have own website.
