No-Fix-No-Fee Policy

We Now Offer Onsite Repairs.

A Tecnician straight to your door.

Onsite Repairs are limited to 9am-6pm Monday - Friday (After Hours is available at extra cost)

All repairs are done onsite in less the 1 hour

A fee applies to any delays that may arise that are not the fault of our driver- ?20 for every 15mins

Onsite repairs are limited to screens plus small part repairs for phones

Onsite repairs are limited to South East London

There is a Non-refundable fee of ?20 for each call out

We must be able to quote %100 over the phone prior

In an instance our tech arrive's onsite and finds out that we have been miss informed ie, extent of damage, wrong model and the customer declines further repair we charge an extra futile fee of ?40 on top off call out fee

If for any reason we cannot complete the repair onsite the item will be returned via courier the following day

All call out repairs must be pre-paid via debit or credit card

Well that seems like a pretty grim service.

It sounds almost impossible not to spend a fortune.

Thanks all - I ended up walking over to SARP and it was done in an hour for 55 quid. The guy was nice too.

Seems like he did a quality job, I'm not having any problems with it.

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.
    • Sometimes a shed or other installation has to have written approval from the freeholder i.e. Southwark, Southwark has (or did have) a Leaseholder Association.   Could also come under Anti Social Behaviour Unit.

Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
