Hi,

Lovely to meet some of you today! And your little ones for those who came. Some pleased the sun came out for us too!

Sorry that have missed those who couldn't make it. Hope to meet some more of you soon.

Have fun if you do meet on the 6th or 7th as Frieqs suggested. I'll try to make it but will depend on toddler bedtime!

Otherwise hope to make the meet up on the 9th in PR park.

Take care,

Jen

Hi all, lovely to meet you on Saturday. Maggie and I are going to this this morning: https://www.picturehouses.co.uk/cinema/East_Dulwich_Picturehouse/film/guess-how-much-i-love-you

I just thought I would let you know and see if any of you wanted to come along too. Alice x

Hi

I am due my 3rd (I know I am crazy) in early September. My boys are aged 5 and 3. I met such lovely people via this forum with my second son so I would love to join you. I will be following this forum to see when you are planning meet ups and will see if I can join for some.

Hi. I'm due on September 9th. First time mum to be! Would love to meet some of you too. Unfortunately, it's my husband's birthday on 9th so won't be able to make that one. By joining this thread is this the same as joining this group? I would like to join the group if it's not the same, so could someone possibly please tell me how to do this? Apologies never used this forum before. Someone at my pregnancy yoga told me about it. Thanks :) Jane

Hi ladies,

I'm not able to make it today unfortunately. Have a fun afternoon!

I'd love to make the evening meet up, toddler bedtime depending. Think there are plans for the 14th? Not sure if location has been decided? But if not, the EDT used to always be a good bet with my previous summer babies group as they reserved tables. Although I think we also did the Bishop once.

Jen x

    • The greens and reform have given a kick up the arse of the two main parties. We will see dramatic changes in the next six months.

    • Unfortunately while “being inclusive” can be a good thing, being blind to how that is being rolled out is naive. Greens, with Muslim deputy, and strategic voting are advocating open borders and no restrictions on benefits.  Restore UK are advocating restrictions and reducing the number of illegal immigrants, and processes for asylum applications Everyone in the middle is seeking power using whatever means necessary.
    • I would have thought approaching Muslims (and other ethnic groups) and using their own language  was being inclusive, and demonstrating that they were being inclusive. Unlike Reform, who appear to deliberately stir up hatred of particular groups of people. Unlike Labour, who appear to hate supporters of  Palestine. But this thread is supposed to be about James McCash's move to the Greens, so if people  want to discuss more general political issues, perhaps someone could start a thread in the lounge?
