Unfortunately posters on here complaining for months and at length about this surgery seem totally reluctant to move elsewhere, despite how easy it is to do that.
They think things will somehow change, despite all the evidence to the contrary.

If he is mentally ill (which we don't know), he may be "dangerous" but he is not "filth".
 We also don't know if he is already known to the police (it sounds not) or to doctors or to neighbours (assuming he is not living rough) or to social workers, and if so whether any of them have ever realised how potentially violent he was.
I don't know if the so called "care in the community" policy still exists, but if it does and he would previously have been sectioned, or at any rate hopefully treated in a mental hospital, it has a lot to answer for.
I really hope the victim recovers quickly both physically and mentally, and is getting all the support she needs.
Dangerous filth like this shouldn't be allowed to wander our streets attacking random people! what's being done to get them safely locked away from causing any more harm?? it would appear, nothing at this time!Â
