Nunhead to peckham rye station

any idea how long the walk would be from say nunhead cemetary to peckham rye train station?

no more than 10-15mins as you nuhead lane a grab the 78 if you see one, runs every 8mins, you be then in a few mins. where you trying to get to? nunhead station is 3 mins away runs to victoria, blackfriars, and elephant and castle for the tube

not trying to go anywhere in particular but got a pm re a house that is for rent and was just wondering how easy it would be to still commute from PR rather than nunhead as need access in to LB but not that keen to commute from Brockley..
