(Dulwich library & Forest hill library) Twins?

Does anybody know if Dulwich library was built at the same time and designed by the same Architect as Forest hill library because they're remarkably similar.

Alexander Hennell was a local architect, he lived in Sydenham and was born in 1838. He designed the Forest Hill Library which was built around the same period as the Dulwich Library (which was built in 1897). The two libraries may have been designed by the same architect, but to me, the Forest Hill Library has a more Arts and Crafts feeling to it than the Dulwich one (which appears to be less stylised and more 'traditional' in its detailing).

The Dulwich Library looks closer to the style of Sandringham...

Sandringham House was built in 1870 and designed by A J Humbert, I wonder if he inspired the architect for Dulwich Library...
