we have inherited the number of a previous dentist from around there.Man there is nothing weve been able to do except lose the number to shake em off. which we havent. there are surges as new databases are re sold and it all starts again. Responses have ranged from the polite to the bizarre. offers of string and door and a cassette tape in the background a while back. with screams. That was the winner in an online competition to 'find the best solution to the dentist calls'. Mind you the amount of spam calls dentists get is pretty awesome. as we know. Once ( I know its juvenile but.. there was so many) a suggestion of hypnosis instead of injections got quite a long way before the guy went 'hang on your winding me up here'. Once there was about 7 calls a day. Down to 3 a week now at most.

Hey Woodie, you could start a second career :))

A white coat, a big chair and a pair of pliers and you're away.

You think that was a nuisance? We once inherited the phone number of a clearly very popular male "masseur" - could've retired years ago if I'd taken up all the offers we got on the phone at all hours of the day and night.

    • They've got strong immune systems allowing them to eat a variety of food in a variety of conditions.  I expect most have various parasites.  There again the neighbour's cat seems to have fleas.  We get as much, maybe even more, cat poo in the garden.
    • bluebottles spread disease from the excrement oh yes they are bread sandwiches cheapest dog food food leftovers No urban foxes were not here before humans You have a track record of questioning what me and other posters say, just accept it rather than questioning everything
    • Highly reccomend SE23 Podietry Near the Brockley Jack pub. P4 stops opposite  I used to go to Woodwarde Rd but SE23 are way cheaper and a milliontimes better I've been going to them for around 5 years Allan (the owner) is incedible as are all their staff
    • The bluebottles are getting rid of the excrement. I doubt many people are actually feeding the foxes. What evidence do you have of that? What do you think they are feeding them that disagrees with their digestion? I expect there were foxes in this part of  London long before there were people here.
