I hate the people that think its limitless.....if u r parking, park so that someone can park behind or in front of you, I know cars move. But if next to a driveway, park close to it...not 2m away..."

Yeah, there is a person on my street who consistently parks in the middle of two spaces (i.e. Just under a car lengths distance from the next vehicle). It's quite obviously deliberate, I have no idea why, but pretty annoying.

It happens a lot..

At the moment I have a car user that continues to park just 9 inches away from my car.

On a couple occasions there has been a second vehicle parked similarly the other side of me.

I would not of been able to get out if I had needed to of done.

To make it worse there is one of those speed 'Cushions' right outside my house where I park

Which means you have to give it a bit of wellie to clear the hump and as the car rises over it

you cannot judge just how close you are to the other vehicles.

Fortunately I do not use my car that much except in real need.

Just as well.

I deliberately take up two car spaces if im lucky enough to get a space anywhere near my house..with the residential street parking being overtaken by local school staff..kings hospital user and commuters..it is virtually impossible to get near your home..let alone outside it...so yes i do it to annoy...petty i know !!

Very serious...im as selfish as the commuters who wont pay for parking just choose to take up residential FREE parking..!!!

Unless I've missed something, there isn't a fee paying car park in East Dulwich for commuters to use....

I think some people park to avoid trees so that birds do not crap on their car...and that is their primary consideration.

I've elected to remove myself from the whole 'parking outside our house' vibe. Amazingly i've got an avenue nearby, which has plenty of space (for me not you btw)

Of course I have to actually 'walk' to & from my vehicles

But hey, I somehow survive
