Miss_M
I'm desperate to go and see Liverpool play a football game, but all these ebay savvy buggers keep snapping up tickets and making a profit...no doubt to come and buy a house in East Dulwich where I will be forever renting. So on my note of self pity, if any fellow East Dulwichians know how to wangle a premiership ticket or have such an item and don't want me to sell my belongings to pay for it, please get in touch!I would even throw in a drink at the Bishop (which in itself costs a fortune)xx Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/593-pathetic-plea/ Share on other sites
Keef
How have you been trying to buy them? Look at the club website, and contact the Anfield box office direct... Usually you can get tickets, as long as you don't mind seeing someone other than Man U, Arsenal or Chelski play.....Hurry hurry hurry, cos there won't be that many more chances to go to the mighty Anfield! I used to go all the time when I lived up there, but haven't got my arse in to gear in the last 5 years! Have to get up there before they move!!!!Where are you watching the match tonight then? Keef
I shall, surprise surprise, be in the good old CPT cheering and praying for the Reds to do well! I meant get the box office phone number off the official website and call them and have a chat about it... Sure they'd be able to help you out! I wonder who'll win the strip toss (err so to speak)Yes Miss M, you should go, it'll be the first ever final at the new wembley and capacity is expected to watch 2 conference teams play (or are kiddie still in the league?)I for one am very excited.BOING BOING BOROUGH BOROUGH Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/593-pathetic-plea/#findComment-13918 Share on other sites
Huguenot
I believe (but could be wrong) that Stevenage have ordered a job lot of white shirts with red piping for their supporters shop pre-game.This may mean that these are the shirt of choice for the Final Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/593-pathetic-plea/#findComment-13929 Share on other sites
Michael Palaeologus
The aftermath of the game in our office was a joy. One colleague is an utter Liverpool fan and always heads to Anfield with her season ticket. She bounced this morning this morning, having got home at 3am, having sung all the way down the M6; she was cheerful, but restrained. Our Chelsea fan was very bitter, BUT as he couldnt claim that "we woz robbed" he had to limit his ire to a long whinge about - the bias of the ITV commentary! This went all morning and into the afternoon - by which time any symathy that we had for him had long gone.Dont give a monkeys myself, I was born in Wolverhampton and so football as never been a source of excitement in my life.
