Has anyone had any dealings with this lot? I bought a mattress from them a year ago and it is already starting to sag - they were supposed to come to look at it today and failed to turn up. I have been sitting in all day for them and when I rang them, the guy was quite rude to me and wouldn't listen to a word I said.

So much for customer service!

We bought a bed and three wardrobes from them about 5 years ago - they were very helpful, gave us a discount and helped put the wardrobes up in the right bedrooms.

Do you turn your mattress on a regular basis? Over, Side to side and top to bottom. You need to do that a lot in the first year or two. Also, what kind of base do you have the mattress on? If slatted, then are they close enough together or that can cause sagging.

Quite right Mick Mac. Failure to do this can also cause sagging on your other half, the worst type is in downstairs department and it can put you right off your bacon!
