Louisa
I've been buying Nivea bronzer whilst laying in the sun, the tinted stuff. However, I don't think it's helping much and I've got quite bad sunburn now. I stupidly always forget to use UV protection cream. Any hints for severe sun burn on arms and chest? Louisa. sjw
Hi, I have found Aloe Vera gel to be soothing if it is not too sore to apply. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/61698-recommendations-for-sunburn-cure/#findComment-857481 Share on other sites

DulwichFox
Louisa... You are a nightmare.. :) I was in Ramsgate on Sunday and in the sun for 3-4 hours.. I was using Factor 20 and I am quite dark skinned.. You need to be careful. Sunburn is dangerous.. I would advice going to the local pharmacy.. What we going to do with you.. ? Salsaboy
DOn't go out in the sun until it's all healed. It hurts like a bastard if you do. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/61698-recommendations-for-sunburn-cure/#findComment-857721 Share on other sites

Peckhamgatecrasher
I seem to recall that yoghurt and cornflour is a traditional Greek cure. Just don't go out in public or people will think there are ghosts in East Dulwich.
