Pandemic

Got to admit that I don't really remember hearing the word 'pandemic' being used before!

I know the word 'epidemic' but 'pandemic' sounds a lot worse.

I need to get out more (though probably not on East Dulwich Grove).

I read in the papers that the word Pandemic is used when a disease is speading in more than one country...

pretty common really, and not something that normally sends us all into a spin....

Flu spreads all over the world every winter, and thousands die in the UK alone every year because of contracting the flu, so nothing new

(except the press don't always hype it up like this to take our minds off other things.. economy, world recession etc.)

I suggest you ignore the press for a while and wash you hands a bit more!!!

It's not in my interest to delay it unnecessarily but ironically, if my neighbour continues down this road, i will delay things further!   I'll speak to the council and freeholder on Monday.   Thank you!

I have sat on committees with police and ASB officer have worked together to try and solve issues with neighbours. I will look at my records to see if I can find the name of the officer - it was a woman.
