It'll be fine Moos, provided we make sure that 'buns' is a reference to young mens' quite petit butttock cheeks.I think I can see where the cinnamon-coloured ones would feature. There are places where that sort of tanning would be the norm. The 'light glaze of icing', I can understand might be a particular treat of your own, and who amongst us would say you nay?Not I. SteveT
I wonder if anyone is feeling low enough to 'run' as an MP, or will you have to roll in the dirt before you feel you have reached the correct level? That'll be the end of it then.I'd arsek your forgiveness. But if I did I'd probably have to make some comment about striking a bum note. And then tell the world to 'pogue mahone', and frankly the bottom line is nobody should be forced down that road.Still as REM once opined 'It's the end of the world as we know it'.And they felt fine.Weirdos. Moos
HB, reminds me of the wonderful, wonderful Peter Cook and Dudley Moore sketch when they complain endlessly about gorgeous film stars constantly harrassing them (while continuously trying not to laugh themeselves):Dud: and then I felt a hand on my cheekPete: (deadpan) Which cheek?Dud: (long pause, lips quivering) Left upper Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/6270-ed-forum-mp-anyone/page/3/#findComment-203106 Share on other sites
HonaloochieB
Well I was right down in the wines and spirits when Mike suggested I become a spin doctor, then along comes Moos and is good enough to make mention of me in connection with Pete and Dud.And I'm pretty sure Moos was being complimentary as well. digitalronin
If everyone heads over to Craig Murray's blog and posts a comment, we might be able to persuade him to stand as an independent here. digitalronin
You're right, Snorky, what could I possibly have been thinking? The fact that he gave up his entire diplomatic career to try and call the government to account for turning us into a nation that supports torture is obviously as nothing compared to the fact that he likes a drink and has trouble keeping it in his pants. With priorities like yours it's easy to see how we ended up with a bunch of corrupt, lying, cheating scumbags in office.Oh, and "F*ckoff with your Craig Murray suggestion"? ... mockney piers
In all fairness as much as I do admire CM's stand against the use of torture at a time when too many poliicians and civil servants turned a blind eye to protect their careers, he's not exactly leadership material.A self confessed philanderer, adulterer, a borderline alcoholic, the tabloids would crucify him. A pity his integrity didn't stretch to being a good husband or father. And that book is painfully self aggrandizing isn't it.Don't know what caught out means when he as clearly framed in order to appease the yanks who are still happy to support the regime in order to keep that gas in their sphere rather than the Russian one. Georgia mark two there may just be a matter of time.
