Can anyone tell me where the rules can be found, it gets all complicated when they come in, but I suppose I should. It was put up on another thread that my friend was using the same ISP as me, sure it cant be a rule or I'm sureI would have been warned,Is it common practice for administrators to inform people, I've never seen it before.

Mikecg, Sorry for confusing post, Link below was put up by admin, when my friend and I were using diffrent computors one a laptop. Each putting our own view on another thread, I have no idea about computors and thought there was confusion with admin cause we were using same ISP, its all getting more confusing.
