I don't have a wife.

And I would never lie to the one I loved!

If I were you I would never do it again, that is, never be late again.

And let HER go to the pub with HER friends while you stay home and bring up the kids and cook.

Even if only for one day. (One day a week that is!)

Your dicing with death for the poor bloke Andystar. what if she says actually I think I may as well tell you....... Or goes into a passionate rage grabs a kitchen implement and impales the poor bloke.

I personally think that if a bloke goes down the pub and has a few extra pints after a hard days graft is an ok thing to do.

I nicknamed my wife Zebedee because she kept springing up in the pubs I was going to or in, but we've done that one and now were back on track.

If you grin and bare it, she might just kick you in it.

Bearing up is altogether the more stoical option you poor mite.

I was out in ED on the strip tonight - I saw a lot of nice looking people and suspect a few forumites were amongst them - I was in EDT, Bishop and Liquorish....anyone else in these bars.

Good live musician in liquorish tonight before the dj, good vibe, anyone else there? Saw noone wolflike...

I'd also recommend predicting what her 'time of the month is as when the moon is in transit literally anything could happen! Reminds me of the time I was going out with an Essex girl who once held I knife to my throat. I wont go into details.

    • I go there quite regularly (don't ask), on my own behalf and as a chauffeur for family. I have never noted people parking up, going in and then straight out again once registered. Some times of day (and some days) are much busier than others, as you might expect, especially during winter vaccination season.
    • There are a lot of car parking spaces - in order for them to all be filled, it would suggest a local event rather than unrelated shoppers. Does the surgery have records of when the it's full? presume there is some sort of management of it. Perhaps there is a correlation to local activity or a pattern.
    • Does anyone have a compost  bin or 2 they would part with? Prefer the plastic ones that are easier to transport. Thanks
    • I think there needs to be better oversight of this carpark, if it is being misused. A few large fines might help....
