Seeinga s we have a main section full of lost cat queries, I may as well join in

Cats in my opinion are sinister little creatures who target prospective new owners over a lengthy campaign of meticulous surveillance in order to tick all the right boxes regarding the lifestyle of their new servants. What also annoys me is that they think that they have the god given right to wander around MY forest without being taxed. Let me assure you that this is not the case and I've many a 'word in their ear' over this matter and have in some circumstances had to dish out a good toe cutting to get my point across.

Cats are the mammal incarnation of the anti Christ.

My cat got lost.

We'd not long moved house and some mates came round for a few beers after the pub one night. Didn't see the cat again for about 3 weeks after that evening and spent a lot of time looking for him. Driving through the town one evening I saw a cat which looked like ours and stopped the car. Turned out was him and it was up near where my friend lives who had been round after the pub. We reckon that he'd followed him for a bit and then couldn't work his way home. He was very pleased to see us and looked quite worse for wear.

Don't think he was after a better offer as this was over 10 years ago.

    • Are you saying the Bishop pretty rough or pretty pretentious? I haven’t been in for ages.
    • Some incidental background info, (I presume this is the relevant edition of Panorama), from https://www.c21media.net/news/blue-ant-studios-takes-october-films-president-trump-a-second-chance-to-cannes/: Blue Ant Studios to shop BBC’s President Trump: A Second Chance? in Cannes October Films’ President Trump: A Second Chance? airs on the BBC this month Blue Ant Studios will launch forthcoming documentary President Trump: A Second Chance? (working title) at Mipcom this month. Produced by October Films in the UK, the 1×60’ doc, which has just wrapped production, was commissioned by the BBC for its Panorama strand, where it will premiere on October 29. President Trump: A Second Chance? will provide an up-to-date and comprehensive look at Donald Trump’s run for the White House over the past 18 months. Featuring expert analysis, archive material and interviews with those closest to Trump, the doc asks how it has been possible for a now-convicted felon to be within striking distance of securing a second term as president. Blue Ant Studios holds the international licensing rights to the doc, excluding the UK. It will be joined on its Mipcom slate by nature series Walking with Elephants (3×60’) and Roman history doc Emperor: Rise & Fall of a Dynasty. Karolina Kaminska 10-10-2024 ©C21Media
    • I don't believe it offers free WiFi, and if it does from a pretty grotty and expensive to maintain platform.
    • "Conservative Shadow Culture Secretary Nigel Huddleston tells GB News that the BBC should "grovel" to Trump."   lol
