Any recommendation for the web hosting account for a blog?

Hello,

Could anybody recommend me a good web hosting account for a blog. I bought an IPage and set it up together with WorldPress. However, when I try to upload a short video it seems already too big for the page! Also, the pictures keep jumping around when I preview the page. I'm really struggling with the technical side of it.

Any help/recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
